Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very light steering, smooth and light pedals but not much feel to them either. Engine is strong and has plenty of pulling power but suffers from turbo lag below 2500 rpm. Its very quite and comfortable on a motorway and it doesn't feel labored in any way. Overall, if you want comfort, build quality and economy its excellent. If you want excitement you should look elsewhere.
What's it like to park?
The light steering and clutch combined with a good turning circle make it easy enough to park and drive around town. Rear visibility is pretty poor but this seems to be the norm with most modern cars.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Generally speaking the car has been very reliable considering it is now 8 years old and approaching 90,000 miles. Only problem I have encountered is a leaking rear wheel cylinder which needed to be replaced at approx 75,000 miles. Clutch release bearing will need replacing soon (now on 88,000 miles).
What's most practical about your car?
Boot is surprisingly spacious for a small car. We managed to take our dog (a Golden Retriever) on holiday in it and there was plenty of room for her to lie down. There are loads of storage compartments/drawers/shelves up front too.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Climate control is the most useful feature - it cools the car down quickly in summer and demists it quickly in winter.
