Should you buy a VW Polo Mk4?

The Polo is a great used buy if you find a good one from an honest private vendor. Many become ‘hand-me-down’ cars from the same family that have been cared for and loved in many cases as well as their pet dog. In my opinion, I would always seek a private sale car as they really are the best ones out there – hidden gems if you like.

Traders are a good source too, but buyer beware with dealers and don’t be afraid to travel further afield for the right car. The very best Polos tend to pop up in the most weird and wonderful places.
