Summary
What does this car say about you?
I don't know and I don't care. It is a car bought out of necessity rather than of individuality.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone likes it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
It does what I need it to do in regards to getting me to and from work cheaply. In the same circumstances, yes it is the perfect car.
What are you likely to buy next?
It depends on the mileage I will be doing next time.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£11,995
When did you buy the car?
March 2012
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes. got a little bit off, however the dealer was in a better position - they were buying many of these vehicles, and they were selling like hotcakes - it took 2 attempts to get one and luckily they hadn't advertised this one yet.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I had been looking at the very economic cars (due to the insane mileage I do). Had test drove one of these last year, the VW was far superior to the Seat and the Skoda, but was too expensive to buy new. I waited about a year, and this onewas for sale so I jumped.
What was the dealer like?
Helpful. Which is a suprise because my experience with the same dealers (though a different branch) last year were the hard sell, which was horrible.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
You don't buy this car for it's speed, you buy it because it will use very little fuel. It's a boring car to drive, and quite slow off the mark. This is unless you rev the hell out of it and then it is quite nippy.
What's it like to park?
Fine

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing of any great significance - but it was fixed under warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
The MPG - It is very good commuting, and it is even better on a long run.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Cruise control means you don't have to work as hard to keep a constant speed. The car does the work and all you need to do is turn the steering wheel and watch the road.
