Stylish, up-and-coming.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Looks very mean and purposeful, good quality motor and also looks very current (as the facelift is very minor).
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes- if I wanted sensible motoring with no cost surprises but I would go for the 170bhp version.
What are you likely to buy next?
BMW 640D.

Did you get a good deal and why?
At the time I purchased they where very popular, especially in white. I call the day the advert came on line. Only £250 off but was a good price for a maindealer.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Average. with only 140bhp it just felt too underpowered when accelerating/overtaking and not that confident at 80mph+ speeds. Crusing at 60 is fine and 3rd/4th gear in town is nippy. 19" wheels made the ride hard.
What's it like to park?
Quite easy as its a compact car but parking sensors help a lot, especially because the rear is raised and you can't see much from the small rear window.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No. Very reliable. Just routine servicing and tyres. Driver side dipped beam light holder had an issue causing the light to work intermittently.
What's most practical about your car?
Running costs, A true brim to brim mpg of approx. 49mpg resulting in 11-12ppm fuel cost. Back is fine for 2 adults. Boot not practical at all.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Bluetooth, Rear parking sensor and Heated Seats.
