What does this car say about you?

Not sure - it wasn't meant to make a particular statement - I just like the quality feel of the VW and the different look of the Scirocco

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They all like it and many people I don't know comment on it and ask about it but I suppose that is because it is a little different and a new model

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes - I have had for almost a year and really like most aspects of it. The fuel consumption is quite a bit higher than stated but that is probably just me.

What are you likely to buy next?

Another VW or possibly BMW.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes got a very good deal as the car had less than 500 miles and was at a Vauxhall dealership and had priced no where near a VW dealership

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I was looking for a Golf GTI but looked at the Scirocco and preferred its looks

What was the dealer like?

Very good - but then again it wasn't VW

What's it like to drive?

Very good in 2.0 TSi form - quick enough and seems quicker than some of the figures suggest.

What's it like to park?

Not easy - get the reversing assistance if you buy one as very high rear windows. Wheels can be very easy to kerb as hard to judge edge of car, but just need to be careful

Have you had any problems with the car?

Passenger seat got stuck and was fixed by dealer under warranty

What's most practical about your car?

Not that practical if you had small kids but fine for older children - just hop in the back. Enough space for a family of 4 as far as I am concerned

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

I like the touchscreen cd/radio/media centre and good i-pod connectivity and functions
