Volkswagen Tiguan (2016 - 2024) Match 2.0 TDI SCR 150PS 2WD 5d Owner Review

Excellent cabin with everything tied down well and rattle free. The quality feel to the interior is enhanced by the soft feel dashboard top, good fabrics on the seats and carpet with a good pile. The adjustable seats are very comfortable which make long journeys pass by without any back discomfort at the end of the journey. The height of the vehicle makes getting into and out of it very easy. The luggage space is large and becomes capable of carrying items such as a tall book case when the back seats are lowered so no complaints there. The interactive speed control is an asset on motorway journeys and adds to the ease with which the car can be driven. Having been a 12 plate Golf driver for the 4 years before I had the Tiguan, the transition has been painless due to the eager and responsive engine providing enthusiastic acceleration when over taking. Running costs are acceptable in terms of fuelling, servicing for the first two years is covered by a VW contract for a very reasonable monthly amount. The advice from my dealer was to take out another agreement after 2 years as it would be cheaper.
