What does this car say about you?
Not sure, hopefully it has a less aggressive image than X5 or Porsche cayenne.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Too Big...!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. A lot of car and technology for much less than Porsche (which it shares a platform and many parts with) VW Audi group superbly built, including Skodas - had Fabia and Octavia before.
What are you likely to buy next?
Next Generation 5 Series Tourer with X Drive or another Touareg.

Discount purchase from Franchised dealer via Drive the Deal,(3 rd car purchased via them) No part exchange, Figures obtained from local BMW and VW circa £11500 part exchange sold car privately for £14500 in Auto Trader.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Needed larger boot for cycling / walking / dog Went from BMW 5 Series saloon. 5 Series estate and X5 considered. (Both excellent cars) Broker discount (Drive the Deal) too large to ignore, only reason for change to VW.
What was the dealer like?
1st Rate, used before for another Volkswagen last year.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very quiet and soft ride, coming from M sport 5 Series (which was a fantastic car, but our roads are now appalling in places) and totally no good for sporty setup and low profile tyres.
What's it like to park?
Feels enormous but not actually any longer than my BMW, just 2 inches wider and a lot taller. Steering light and parking assistance camera makes light work of finding a space.

What's most practical about your car?
Enormous Boot, for all my Bike stuff + the Dog Ride comfort excellent and elevated driving position great on longer journeys for work and recreation.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Air suspension. Navigation and entertainment module. Panoramic Sunroof. Area view.
