What does this car say about you?
It doesn't shout that it is a 7 seater, just quietly gets on with the job. It makes a practical and understated impression but with an unassuming quality.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Envious - my husband has recently tried to persuade me to swap cars as he travels a greater distance to work on a daily basis and he cannot believe the fuel economy. The children have said he will have to just buy his own!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely - no question. The fuel economy, the flexibility of seating, luggage room and storage. The feel of quality .. maybe a Touran but 'sounds like a Golf'.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Very good deal as private purchase and had researched expected value on Parkers before going to view. Knew what type of maintenance should have been completed for year of make, so very straightforward.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
We needed 7 seats to be able to accomodate grandparents, children's friends, netball teams, and taking visitors sightseeing. Extensively researched before choosing this model.
What was the dealer like?
Private local seller.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
A joy. We have a diesel and it hums along quietly. Very comfortable ride and feels secure.
What's it like to park?
Easy. Visibility is good ... just have to remember the tow bar.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Only due to general wear and tear, although one of the window mechanisms jammed which was an expensive job.
What's most practical about your car?
EVERYTHING - this is the most practical car I have ever owned. The ease with which you can switch between 5 & 7 seats is a joy and the never ending storage solutions make this car one which will adapt to all unexpected needs.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Curise control - never had one before and realise what a help it is to keep within the speed limit when your mind is on a multitude of other things.
