Flexible use of vehicle, good storage in small space. For VW reputation

Have you had any problems with the car?
Lots of niggley electrical problems - passenger door does not open with keyfob after four visits to dealer to fix. Problems with sensors and small components failing at high cost to fix.
What's most practical about your car?
Great drive, good acceleration etc - space is good but rear passengers dont like ride.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
2.00 litre engine is magic
