What does this car say about you?

Willing to pay a bit more for something better !!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They just tend to say it,s a nice looking car.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Maybe if Volvo guaranteed in writing that they have cured the hesitation / Lumpy Tic-over issue but as they no longer make them it would have to be a nearly new one.

What are you likely to buy next?

At this time not got a clue but something along the same lines.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes and Model had been discontinued so got a very big discount of around £4,000 which made cheaper than most nearly new second hand ones available.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Looks in the main and Volvo reputation but did not want one of the cheaper Manufacturers NOR anything from the Volkswagen Audi range Vag Group as we have recent bad experiences with their products re reliability and durability so would not even consider them though they did have cars we liked.

What was the dealer like?

Good the salesman Kevin Anderson of Marshall Volvo Milton Keynes went above and beyond expected more so when we had problems with it and the Service department were short staffed he stepped in and helped nice one Kevin but pity about your service department falling a long way short of the service you personally give.

What's it like to drive?

Nice to drive no issues EXCEPT for the fault already mentioned.

What's it like to park?

Ok to park but would have liked a rear view camera and still looking into it as a after market fitment.

Have you had any problems with the car?

YEP apparently it has an inherent fault that Marshall Volvo Milton Keynes say they CANNOT FIX until Volvo bring out some more software updates !! it has a very lumpy Tickover at around 1,000 R.P.M worse when cold and prone to hesitate low range which can be scary when crossing two lanes of the A1 first thing in the Morning (wife takes longer route to avoid as she does not trust the car) so disconcerting that we are still considering rejecting it as unsafe and not fit for purpose unfortunately we like the car and there is nothing else we fancy.

What's most practical about your car?

Just being the right size for our needs nothing special as we wanted medium small car and most of the other equivalent Brands were in our opinion Bug Ugly except for Vag Group that I would not buy.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Key-less Entry an expensive extra that we would not have picked but it was on the one in stock the was right in all other aspects bit now its the favorite.
