What does this car say about you?
I don't conform to the norm, it's not a Focus, Astra or Megane, it's something a little different.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They think it's a very attractive and stylish looking vehicle with an excellent interior. Most can't believe it's a Volvo.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely, Volvo make fantastic cars at very good prices. The interior is very sturdy and nicely finished and the seats are the most comfortable of any I have sat in.
What are you likely to buy next?
I originally wanted an Alfa Romeo Giulietta, but was concerned about reliability. I would either get a Volvo S60 R-Design next or perhaps risk buying the Giulietta.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I believe I got a good deal, the car I P/X was given the price that I wanted and the car was listed at a reasonable price in the dealership.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Started a new job so needed to get a diesel for motorway travelling.
What was the dealer like?
The dealership was very attentive and friendly. The day manager wasn't so good and was quite rude. After-sales care not good either.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Brilliant, however pulling out in 1st gear is a little difficult and progress is very slow, once up to speed an in 2nd-5th gear, everything settles down nicely and progress is swift. Gear change is nice and smooth, though a 6th gear would be nice for motorway driving.
What's it like to park?
Very easy, the large glass area at the front and rear means visibility is the best in any car that I have driven.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Two bulbs have blown due to Volvo deciding that the lights should always be on.
What's most practical about your car?
The large expanse of glass means that visibility all round is excellent.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The R-Design body kit on my model makes the car look particularly sporty and the metallic black paint with silver door mirrors only heightens this look.
