Summary
What does this car say about you?
That I like a sporty car but consider safety to be important
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
All like it and think it was a good purchase.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely, but would go for a 2.3 engine (probably slightly more economic as the 2.0 litre is a little undersized)and would want the heated seat option....
What are you likely to buy next?
Possible the newer version (metal folding roof) or a Mercedes SLK (No longer need the 4 seat option)

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very comfortable, good overall package, with a bit of zest, not too sporty and bumpy a ride, though this does mean slightly softer handling it's a very good compromise......
What's it like to park?
Difficult to reverse, like many convertibles has a high boot line (not as bad as a SAAB), which makes all kind of parking difficult, could do with parking sensors as standard...

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Main dealer who was doing the servicing tried to get me to do about £1,500 of un-necesary work, wanted £300 to change a leaking steering fluid resevoir (independent charged £40) and wanted £288 to change pads (did those myself)only other thing to go wrong was water pump needed replacing at 71,000 miles
What's most practical about your car?
4 seater comfort with the roof up or down.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Diffuser.... Although limits it to a two seater, makes a big difference with the roof down on chillier mornings, reducing cockpit draughts....
