No. Reliablity is a problem at higher miles. Not refined or powerfull enough. Too many niggles for a quality brand! Should have bought another Honda.

Honda Accord/Civic diesel.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Price was lowest of those on offer at the time. I got 12 months warranty, full Mot, 6 month tax and a new set of front tyres.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I wanted a diesel. I liked the Volvo after driving one as a hire car. Also has excellent safety record.

What was the dealer like?

Great. Semi retired independant trader, prepared the car to a high standard.

What's it like to drive?

Comfortable, great seats, Good on long trips.

What's it like to park?

I have no problems. Could do with parking sensors though.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Suspension can give some trouble as mine did within a month of buying. Main dealers are not very helpful or friendly. Parts/servicing are expensive. Not as well built as older Volvo's. Too many Renault parts.

What's most practical about your car?

Large boot for a saloon, diesel gives 50+mpg and has good overtaking ability. Excellent CD radio, Volvo seats are very comfortable.

Turbo diesel engine, CD/radio, air con.
