Economy
Value
The car would have cost about £38k when new and i found an 18 month old car for £19k which was a bargain. Every conceivable extra is standard.
Costs
Servicing is quite expensive but on par with the equivalent Audi or BMW. It is a performance car after all !

On the road
Driving
The suspension has 3 electronic settings, none of which are ideal. Which means it's like driving a bowl of jelly on comfort setting and as if there's no suspension at all when on advanced. 4 wheel drive is a bonus for all weather driving.
Performance
One word.....AWESOME !!!!! I traded a 225 bhp Audi TT which comes nowhere near. There isn't much on the road that could keep up with it, 0-60 in 5.4 secs. The engine tone when you get over 4,000 RPM is astonishing.

Living with it
Reliability
A few niggles, which the local dealership are more than happy to sort under warranty. No major issues.
Image
Very understated. I'm 32 and everyone always laughs when i tell them i own a Volvo.....what pipe and slippers ! All that changes when you put your foot down and they hear the roar from the 300 BHP engine.
Comfort
The most comfortable seats on any car (unless the suspension is set to advanced where you'll be bounced out of your seat !). Fantastic on long journeys, with no backache at all.

Security and Service
Security
Safe as houses. Most people wouldn't have a clue what it is and would probably try to pinch the Clio sport in the next parking space.
Service
Always willing to help, especially when you mention it's the S60R which is classed as the holy grail. The only downside is there's never a courtesy car available unless the car is booked in about a month in advance.
