Volvo V40 (1996 - 2004) 1.8i Sport (122bhp) 5d Owner Review

Bought by accident ( ! ) when looking for a replacement for my Honda civic. Never considered but popped up on Facebook and , for once , had a good description long MOT and good history. Cheap at £600 . Couple of minor issues (wiper linkage cracked, water leak in boot) easily fixed. Looks good to my eye , Comfortable , quiet ,practical and everything works , air con etc . Getting quite attached to it despite not being the first word in performance or handling ! Easy to work on if thats your thing . Good car !
