Summary
What does this car say about you?
Hard to say, it's a cool Volvo and looks amazing in Rebel Blue, like my C30 it sort of bucks the trend when it comes to Volvos old image.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone has been complimentary about its styling and the way it drives - a winner!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, if I was back in the market for a similar sized car.
What are you likely to buy next?
Replacing it is three years down the line so I have no idea!
-
Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£23,500
When did you buy the car?
January 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
I got a good deal, not amazing, but I was happy enough, decent trade in for my high miler C30 compared to valuations from other garages and a discount on top.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Fancied another Volvo after the excellent C30 I had for four and a half years.
What was the dealer like?
Harratts Huddersfield, excellent again!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Good, the T3 engine has great flexibility for town and motorway driving so you don't get left wanting for grunt or struggling to overtake safely. It holds the road well but lacks steering feedback when pressing on.
What's it like to park?
Good all round vision so no problems, just watch out for the expensive alloys near the kerb!
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing and I'm confident it will be fine just like my last Volvo was!
What's most practical about your car?
Reasonable space for a small, new family, but it's no uber-estate.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Cruise control for longer trips and amazingly comfortable seats - honestly, the best I've ever sat in.
