Im mad and I have wasted money
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They are very disappointed as their views have changed over the quality and service of the brand.
Would you buy this car again and why?
NO. Vehicle is dangerous. Prestige brand does not come close. Its an over priced ford focus ridden with faults that volvo cant fix. Customer focus does not seem to be a key objective. Letters to directors at volvo have never been replied to. servicing is over priced at £390 for a first service, oil change with free wash! but it only costs £105 to service a focus ST with a volvo T5 engine with ford.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
smooth apart from the faults. Not bad for a ford focus engine and chassis.
What's it like to park?
Easy. Fits well in the space at the dealer.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Electrical gremlins with door locking and windows, air con blowing hot, noises from under the car when locked and stationary. Clonking steering and noise through gear changes. Stalling whilst starting up to 7 attempts. Car loosing power and cutting out. Many software upgrades that have only solved a few issues. Poor customer relations from volvo and the dealer. Neither would buy it back. Vovlo said " thats why we dont sell cars, you agreement was with the dealer"
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing. iIs always in the garage being repaired
