Volvo XC60 SUV 2.0 B5P Core 5dr AWD Geartronic Owner Review

Volvo have fallen down badly on Customer Care. six weeks after purchasing my Ex demo XC60 the passenger armrest came away from the door. An easy fix one would think but no with Volvo the whole interior passenger door card needs replacing at a cost of £531 plus a days labour.

I was told it was not covered by their three year warranty on new cars and am still waiting for them to sort it out after a lot of discussion with Dealership and Volvo UK.

Not quite the experience one expects from a luxury brand. At the moment it armrest is being held on with Gaffer tape. Come on Volvo I’m sure you can do better.
