Did you get a good deal and why?
I was happy with the price paid but I purchased the car from a franchised garage in Durham unseen assuming that Volvo Approved Used Car would be a safe bet. The car was delivered in "auction" condition with £2,500 of damage.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?
The dealer should never have released car in the condition it was supplied.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Safe, solid drive.
What's it like to park?
You need a large space and plenty of room to park comfortably. Multi storeys can be very challenging.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes. Car had flat battery on delivery and damage to interior and exterior. Car failed its MOT after 11 months because radio unit "blew up" electrics. This part costs £1,200 and is excluded by the poor Volvo warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
Car is very safe, solid and comfortable. Rear seats are easy to use and boot is large. Car is very large so difficult to park in multi storeys and rear visibility is poor.

Car is very clever package.
